DESCRIPTION:This is the second of our LD Goes rides of 2026.\nThe London to Oxford route heads out west from Kingston, shadowing the Thames, through Twyford and Henley and on into the Chilterns.\nAfter a long steady climb between Middle Assendon and Christmas Common, the route is generally descending all the way to Oxford.\nStarting point: The Coppernose, Hampton Court.\nOptional intermediate café: The Chocolate Café, Thamesside, Henley (55km).\nLunch stop: The Handle Bar Cafe and Kitchen, 28-32 St. Michael’s Street, Oxford.\nReturn by train to Marylebone.\nStrava Route\nSign-up Sheet\n \n \n \n \n \n
