Batch ordering is open only at set times, announced in advance by the Kit Captain on the forum and WhatsApp. Orders made during a batch window are grouped for bulk manufacture, so you save an extra 10% on top of the On Demand 35%, which is 45% off RRP in total. There is no On Demand ordering while a batch window is open. Request your size recommendation well before the batch store closes, as it can take one business day.
Protect your purchase with the Jakroo Sizing Guarantee. Use the Jakroo size recommendation service before placing your order. You must use it before buying to qualify for a size exchange. If you order without using it, there are no returns or exchanges.
