The Milk Churn Loop explores the area between Godalming and the West Sussex border. Heading south out of Cobham the cycling route route heads up to Shere and the wooded areas beyond, before dropping down through Ewhurst and to Rudgwick near the border. The loop then swings round to the west skirting Godalming and Guildford before returning north back to London.

Lee Valley & Epping Forest Gravel

This gravel route heads up past the lakes and marshes of the Lee Valley before looping back down through Epping Forest. The route up the valley passes the Walthamstow Wetlands, Waltham Abbey, Lee Valley Country Park and the River Lee Navigation canal. The return leg heads first out into open farmland before heading right through the heart of Epping Forest before back into London.
