Our British Cycling affiliated coaches run targeted coaching and drills sessions in Richmond Park through the spring and summer, open to all London Dynamo members – racers and non-racers, fast riders and steady ones alike. With 20 to 30 riders per session, it is one of the most effective ways to sharpen your riding skills in a structured, supportive environment, all included as part of your membership.
Each session focuses on the core skills of confident group and road riding. Depending on the week, you can expect to work on:
The exact content of each session is set and communicated by the club coach in advance, so you always know what you are coming to work on.
Just your road bike, helmet and your club kit – and a positive attitude. No additional equipment is required.
The exact meeting point within Richmond Park varies each week. A few days before each session, the club coach posts full joining details – including location and a breakdown of the session content – to the Evening Coaching group in the London Dynamo WhatsApp Community. Make sure you sign up to this group within the Community to receive these updates.
Coaching sessions are also posted to the club calendar.
These sessions are open to all members, men and women – regardless of experience or ability. Whether you are riding your first season or preparing for your next race, coaching and drills will make you a more confident, safer, and faster rider. Come along, push yourself, and see the difference it makes.
