The Marlow & Henley Loop is a scenic long-distance road cycling route following both sides of the River Thames through Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. This anti-clockwise Thames Valley loop links Hampton Court, Windsor, Marlow and Henley-on-Thames, making it one of the classic longer rides west of London.
The Epping Forest Figure of Eight cycling route is a middle-distance ride out of London to the Forest and the surrounding area and return back to London.
The Rusper Circuit climbs Mill Way after Leatherhead before a long flat section along Rusper Road.
At the village of Rusper, the route turns left round to the left and back to Kingston via Headley Lane to the north of Box Hill. The route finishes at the Local Hero café in Kingston.
